Chicago (eCanadaNow) - Transformers star, Shia LaBeouf was arrested outside a Walgreens in downtown Chicago, according to TMZ.

The 21-year-old actor was arrested after repeatedly being told to leave the store.

Labeouf was arrested around 2:30am Sunday morning after a security guard asked him to to leave the store on several occasions.

Speaking to TMZ, a Chicago police officer says LaBeouf appeared to be drunk.

LaBeouf was "very courteous and polite" with the police and posted bail around 7:00am.

He was charged with with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and is scheduled to appear in court on November 28.

LaBeouf recently finished shooting "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."
