Former Survivor contestant Jonny Fairplay filed a police report yesterday, alleging Danny Bonaduce threw him and knocked out his teeth during an awards show. A police report, which listed Fairplay under his birth name of Jon Dalton, 33, said the reality-show contestant "went to hug him and then when he did that, Bonaduce ... threw him over his shoulder ... and Dalton fell to the ground," Harding said. Fairplay is a wrestler and came in third on the 2003 CBS show Survivor: Pearl Islands. Bonaduce, 48, who has been co-hosting Adam Carolla's radio show, first became a star at age 10 on The Partridge Family.

JADAKISS'S CHARGES DROPPED

Prosecutors in White Plains, N.Y., are dropping a drug-and-gun case against Jadakiss, a year after the rapper's arrest. His lawyer said it was "a travesty that the case went this far." The rapper, whose real name is Jason Phillips, co-defendant, Kristian Smith and Darnell Frazier were arrested last October in Yonkers, the rapper's hometown, and indicted in February. Police said they smelled marijuana coming from the men's car and then found a gun inside. A jury last month acquitted Frazier after DNA tests didn't link any of the three to the gun.

A court commissioner ruled yesterday that Britney Spears can have visits with her two sons but did not reverse an order giving temporary custody to Kevin Federline, the pop star's ex-husband, his attorney said. Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon was expected to issue an order detailing the visitation rights, attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said. The order was not released by the time court closed for the day. Federline attended the hearing but Spears did not. Court spokesman Allan Parachini indicated Spears would be allowed monitored visits every other day. Federline, 29, and Spears, 25, were ordered back to court Oct. 26 for another hearing. In another development in the custody case, Spears received a California driver's license to comply with a court order, a state official said yesterday. The temporary driver's license was issued late Tuesday in Santa Monica, said Mike Marando, deputy director of communications for the state Department of Motor Vehicles. (AP)
